Meet the Staff that keeps the Water Flowing
Dedicated District Staff keeps things running smoothly in the office and in the field.
Stan Wangberg, General Manager
Stan is a native of Northern California who worked with his family for 13 years as a third-generation rice farmer in Butte County, followed by over 20 years of service at Western Canal Water District. He has been General Manager of Anderson-Cottonwood Irrigation District since November 2005.
Stan has an extensive background in agriculture and water management, and is active in many local, regional, and state-wide organizations that focus on water resource management. He currently serves as: president of the Redding Area Water Council's Technical Advisory Committee; chairman of Water Resource Managers of Shasta; Region 2 Board Member for the Association of California Water Agencies; a member of ACWA’s Water Quality Committee and Outreach Task Force; a member of the Northern Sacramento Valley Integrated Regional Water Management Board; and is a recent appointee of the Tehama County AB3030 Technical Advisory Committee.

Marsha Kelly, Office Manager
Marsha is a native Californian who was born in Yuba City and has lived in the Anderson area since 1962. She graduated from Anderson High School, and has a daughter, two granddaughters and a grandson. Prior to her employment with A.C.I.D. she worked for Kimberly-Clark–Roseburg Forest Products, Nikkel Moulding, and Diamond Lumber. Marsha has worked for Anderson-Cottonwood Irrigation District since 1989, and is an elected Board member of the Anderson Fire Protection District.
Terri White, Chief Financial Officer
Terri was born in Oregon but grew up in Burney, California and has lived most of her life in Shasta County. She graduated from Burney High School, and is married with an adult son and daughter. Terri has worked for Anderson-Cottonwood Irrigation District since 1988.
